Additional information in OrgBook about "Good Standing"

We should consider getting updates about entities that are not in Good Standing -- e.g. they are late with an Annual Report, but before they miss a second (plus two months) which triggers a dissolution. This is status that is of interest to those looking at OrgBook BC.

I'm guessing this is tricky given the data push to OrgBook BC, since it is unlikely there is an "event" triggered when an entity is late on filing an Annual Report, and OrgBook BC updates are triggered on events.
