Describe the task
Getting the dropdown data from the db and connecting the endpoints to the frontend.

Acceptance Criteria

Add the appropriate data to the db
Create the endpoints within the API (get)
Calling the endpoints in the frontend and using it in the dropdown

Additional context

Connected to the backend and pulling from the related tables
