Change Modal styles and FOM Number labeling. #627

Some improvement for modal popups.

Current modal looks like this:

We like to:

align the title text with the paragraph text
change paragraph text to black
make the buttons wider (as in previous mockup we looked at) and shift the buttons to the right
remove the default border around "cancel" when the modal pops up
make the modal rectangular, not squared

Change label wording from "FOM #" to "FOM number"

Additional Context

The modal style changes are intended for everywhere that popups modal. (please check Public site, I think there is one place)
The label wording change also need to be consistent everywhere in Public site.
