Describe the issue
Document how to search in Loki, and how it is different from Kibana

What is the Value/Impact?
Easier migration for app teams

What is the plan? How will this get completed?
Update doc pages

Identify any dependencies
Get it reviewed by Pilar

Definition of done
Docs PR ready, but not merged. Will wait until the prod rollout is ready to merge under another ticket
