Description of the Tech Debt

We need to test in a reasonable way that the configuration in the system matches what we intended to put in.
An example test is: https://github.com/bcgov/cas-registration/blob/develop/bc_obps/reporting/tests/models/program_configuration_tests/test_gsc_non_compression_non_processing_2024.py

Activities to be included:

  • Carbonates Use
  • Mobile fuel combustion
  • GSC excluding line tracing
  • GSC other than non-compression
  • GSC solely for line tracing
  • Refinery fuel gas
