Description:

Basic BCeID is not recoverable in all circumstances and sometimes uses have no other choice than recreate a new one, associated with the same email.
The CIIP app needs to allow for this use case.

Business area question: In that case, do we reset that account's access to organisations, or is it fine do restore the memberships automatically?
