Null Client Secret

Hii Expert,

I want to use this REST OAuth in Mobile Application. But, when I configured it, there was error bad client credentials. I though this is because in default there is null client secret credential in database, and in my mobile application couldn't match null client secret.
How to add new client id and client secret?
