When ads-manager is inside an iframe, then message not handled (the issue was found when ads-manager in DFP iframe)

fixed post message when ads-manager is inside an iframe.

added http://localhost:8081/iframe.html
check with VPAID creative -> https://v.adserve.tv/pg/vast-vpaid.xml
