Add image upload for the organisation #8

When creating a new organisation - add image upload.

We already have upload of the files to IPFS

Upload of the image - proceed as previously - just display the image after it is uploaded.

Even better:

display it immediately
CSS filter (a little bit blurred, a little bit grayed out)
spinner on top
after the upload is completed remove the spinner and filter
