Not sure it's an issue of balena-image-fs or jetson-flash.

After installing all jetson-flash dependecies with npm i
balena-image-fs's ext2fs dependency is broken and needed to be node-gyp rebuild for jetson-flasher to work.

jetson-flash related issue : balena-os/jetson-flash#67

(context : ubuntu 18.04 live on a i5 Nuc with node 12)
