Quickbooks Integration #279

+1, this is critical to our scalability and I'll have to switch back to another provider if we can't find a way to integrate with quickbooks. |
@paintzen what information would you like to see come out of Balanced to go into Quickbooks? Would ID, date created, amount, description be enough? Do you need the account that the debit was associated with too? |
+1, but QB isn't everyone's solution, we use Xero and it would be pretty important to be able to auto reconcile our outstanding "bills" (what we owe merchants) with payouts we've made to our merchants |
@mjallday ID, date created, amount, description would be great. I think having the account the wouldn't be a bad thing to have. But what we also definitely need is the customer name. What would also be nice is if any meta data was also exported, that way we could essentially add any data we need exported to the meta as well. Also, would deposits (pay-outs to merchants) get exported too? That would be good too. Lastly, if invoices could be exported too, that is pretty important to have record of. |

Hey @kudaras The 'Accounting' section on balanced docs might be useful. We now have integration time down to ~1hr. I hope that's useful. Best |
+1 We would also like to see integration with Quickbooks. |
+1 - would be hugely helpful. |

Right now all our bank accounts connect with Quickbooks Online, which makes it easy to centrally manage accounting.
Balanced actually creates another process for us.
We have to separately track all ACH payments in a CSV and then use a dinky tool to convert that into a QBO file and upload to quickbooks, then manually categorize.
Would absolutely love for Balanced to connect with Quickbooks.
As a backup feature, would be nice to at least export ACH payments within a date range.
That would simplify the excel tracking for us.
