Changing configuring options

Hi, thank you for the script.
Quite new here, I was wondering if it was possible to have WRF configured with different options instead of the default ones, like the vortex-following nesting option. I've tried to configure and compile WRF 4.3.3 with that option enabled but an error which I don't really know how to deal with came out:
