BufferPaddingExecutor中的lastSecond的疑问 #89

BufferPaddingExecutor中的lastSecond只有在创建BufferPaddingExecutor时赋值了一次，生成id时并没有再赋值。
这样的话会和自然时间偏差较大吧：比如5:00生成了一批id，一直到8:00才有人使用，这时候lastSecond还停留在5:00
