This has been one of the main tasks I've been needing to do.

Stabilise the API.
Follow the PyPi guide to create the package
Setup a GH action to push release tags to PyPi

Ok, pushed the current revision to https://pypi.org/project/OpenRGB-PyClient

This API is still unstable so be careful!

Added an action to the gh-actions branch based on pubmedpy's to push releases to PyPi.
