As we have a logger function to use when analyzing bugs, we need more information that there is a problem. And we need it proactively transported to us, rather then being reported by users.

Therefore I suggest a function, which can create GitHub issues: One for api, one for suchseite.

We have to prevent to be flooded by tickets - so maybe we need a simple, but effective mechanism, which prevents more than one ticket per topic per timeslot?
