GitHub signatures not always being validated properly #4

Occasionally, the github webhook signature doesn't get validated properly. Something is not getting parsed properly and therefore the signature gets calculated incorrectly.

It's definitely an intermittent issue based on the repository or action, just need to track down why causes it.
