Hei there

A long time ago I forked your repo and added support for an external database, e.g. using dokku-postgres. Are you interested in this? If so I would clean up the code / commits and open a PR.

I'd love this. I was just visiting the issues about to ask for the same. I'd love to have the option to have both redis and postgres pulled out and allow using the redis and postgres plugins to provision them for the web-only discourse install.
