Hey, long time Ketting user here. Love your work.

That said, Ketting provides us with a lot of magic. Sometimes that magic is poorly understood (ex. by me). I would love an easy way to glimpse behind the scenes at what Ketting is doing/deciding.

To that end, I'd love to see some kind if verbose=yes_very_thanks flag that could enable some useful logging.

A massively helpful start would be:

  • Log all HTTP requests (with Headers (or at least a useful subset))
  • Log cache hits (ex. "/author/1 -> Recovered from cache")

What are your thoughts? I wouldn't mind taking a stab at it.

I think this is a great idea... I think the way this should work is using a environment variable like KETTING_DEBUG=1
