IE11 Can't Click Titles on Summit, Sessions, and Training

I noticed that in IE11 on the Summit, Sessions, and Training pages when I hover over the heading for each summit (for example), the text moves down. Result - I can't hover or click on the title. I can hover the Login to Register button, but the "move down" puts more space above the button, like the summit title and button are connected by this action. In Firefox 61 this weirdness does not happen, but the title of each summit overlaps the Login to Register button by about 1/2.
