The return of SFV Vanilla

Was a bit hasty with replacing the SFV vanilla screens with Arcade Edition. Though it's very unlikely to impossible for SFV's old UI to ever grace our screens again, the UI is such a different beast between the two that I thought late-night it would be nice to be able to compare them (as with Revelator and Rev 2, basically) in the future.

Restores SFV's directory to the previous version and creates a new one for Arcade Edition's UI.

Late 2018 version, now with current games!

I let this one suffer a bit over time, mostly because no-one was really using it, but this update changes SFV to use the newer Arcade Edition assets, and adds several other games that were either omitted previously or released in 2018.
