Prefab Paragraphs or Paragraphs Recipes

As mentioned in the discussion in Backdrop LIVE today, a concept for discussion:

• Some way to install/preconfigure various Paragraphs Types in a very easy way
• Perhaps if core "Recipes" get off the ground we can tap into that functionality, or create a submodule that allows this for folks who want it (allowing them to select the Paragraphs Types that they want to "install")

What types of Paragraphs Types would be good to include? (Perhaps we can get inspiration from what some other sites/systems allow to be added simply).

Great idea, could be very helpful as setting up paragraph types is a lot of repetitive work.

Regarding the concept, have you had a look at https://www.drupal.org/project/paragraphs_pack and https://paragraphs.site-showcase.com/toolkit/paragraphs-pack?

To make a start, here are my first suggestions for Paragraphs types:

• Long text (CKEditor)
• Image
• Long text (CKEditor), Image, Setting for image align

In my opinion, an optional title would be useful for all of these types.

Right now it's fairly Paragraphs specific and I haven't released anything publicly because it's a little rough around the edges yet and I also know the Config Recipes conversation is active and potentially this functionality will be wrapped into that. But it should be available relatively soon!

Are you thinking of something like https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/paragraphs_aplenty?

At first I was thinking of https://www.drupal.org/project/paragraphs_defaults, but that seems to serve a different purpose.
