@jeremy-babylonlabs could u make use of the private mainnet and testnet to derive the value we should set for the NEXT_PUBLIC_BBN_FEE_AMOUNT?
I think this is likely be enough for now as we have other higher priority tasks to do rather than trying to make this perfect
