Dependencies for this thing: For charts we need latest VTK, I got git repo, and installed version number shows 5.7 OpenCl headers and dirvers. Added/edited CMakeCache.txt in build dir to locate VTK-5.7 manually. Fix it to locate it automatically. There are issues with 5.6 and 5.7 itself, in later version its qapplication.h while for 5.7 its QVTKApplication.h. And other similar naming convention issues. Try qwt, lets see.... Observations Comparing results/plots with separate scalar fields tend to give same “interesting” iso-value. Aah the nan errors are back :)
