Can you explain how we can install this web server?

I tried to use this webserver to use the OSC touch layouts on a web page.

However, I could not turn on this.

Also, I could not even understand how I can change the port that the webserver will use to access the web page.
Since it must be port 8080, but this port is already in use by another application.
