職務說明

Sr. Backend Engineer

1. Work closely with the Client team to architect solutions for new features
2. Optimize for performance
3. Maintain simplicity of design
4. Improve long term stability of the service
5. Perform code reviews and mentor others

職缺要求

Sr. Backend Engineer

Must Have

1. 4+ years building web applications for scalability
2. Experience with Python, Git, MongoDB, Redis
3. In-depth experience of Flask and/or Celery is a plus
4. Excellent analytical and communications skills
5. Excellent understanding of HTTP and related technologies and development of APIs
6. Experience with developing for Google Cloud
7. Familiar with various architecture styles

Nice to Have

1. Worked with or implemented real-time APIs
2. Experience working with cluster environments and/or containers. ie. Kubernetes, Docker

​As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Application team, you will be working closely with the Product and Client teams to implement new features. With needing to support millions of requests per minute, performance and stability are some of the top concerns in your design. You are able to design in increments and be able to prioritize feature requirements and optimizations. You aim for re-usability in the components with a KISS mentality.
