The following ideas exist for this issue:

The fourth player can choose, which card panel of the other players he wants to see, includes the necessary update to the scoreboard.
On the ISS the fourth player sees the cards of all players. This is interesting especially during the bidding phase.
For offline games I would prefer to only see the cards of one player. Otherwise it might be too much insight into the workings of the AI players.

There is no decision on how to implement it at the moment.
