What does this PR do?

This PR fixes the missing color style for the "Chat with ArthaSathi 💬" button on the privacy-policy.html page. The button text was unreadable in dark mode due to the absence of the color: white; style, which is already present on other pages like index.html. Adding this style ensures consistency across the site and improves readability in dark mode.
