Twitter と Facebook がアイコンなのに他がテキストなの見栄え良くない。
フリー素材を利用する。

tumblr … twitter や facebook と同様アイコンに
ameblo, blog 等 … ブログっぽいアイコンに (本とかペンとか)
web … ウェブサイトっぽいアイコンに (家とか)

アイコンに統一するか、しないなら全部テキストで統一したほうがチグハグにならず良いかと思います。
