Intel compiler versions 2025.0 has an internal error in the fortran compiler that prevents STRUMPACK from building, see #293. This can be fixed by pinning the relevant versions back to 2024.2.1. This ticket is to keep track of this regression and to remind to retry the upgrade when a minor version increment appears.
