Update bucket names in all examples to confirm with guidelines

#6858 updates examples that already followed 'Old example bucket name' guidance (see column 1 in Guidance for S3 bucket names - Internal only link), including those that followed it but we case insensitive.
We need to manually check for and update (to values in column 3) bucket names that were not following the old guidance.
