Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
IAM Trusted Identity Propagation is the recommended approach to pass user identity down to the data access so it can be used to apply permissions on the data access based on the user permissions instead of the IAM role used by the Python runtime.

Lake Formation is the recommended approach to enforce permissions and fine grained access control.

Describe the solution you'd like
As a data scientist I would like to access data from multiple sources including S3 structured data and create a dataframe from a SQL query on Athena, passing my identity to Athena engine which applies permissions provided by Lake Formation.

Describe alternatives you've considered
