I noticed that when I switched on Default Host Management Configuration that any aws:runShellScript action runs with the credentials of the role configured there instead of the instance's instance profile credentials. This breaks some existing command documents that I created that relied on the instance profile of the targeted hosts.
Is there a way to override this behavior and have a command use the credentials of the instance profile, even though the host was registered using the default host management role?
