FTP wwpdb URL is broken #35

The following 2 files contain an outdated url, resulting in a broken pipeline:

infrastructure/docker/download/scripts/download_pdb_seqres.sh
infrastructure/docker/download/scripts/download_pdb_mmcif.sh

Need to replace ftp://ftp.wwpdb.org with http://files.wwpdb.org
