[Bug]: Cannot reset environment due to Flux

What happened?

While attempting to move on from the Flux section, running prepare environment command stalls after the Flux uninstall. (Shown in screenshot.) This same behavior happened when running

.

What did you expect to happen?

The environment to be reset so I can continue.

How can we reproduce it?

Complete the Flux section and skip the Argo section. Then attempt to run prepare-environment automation/controlplanes/ack
