Feature request: Let client handle the `.completedDisplayingFreshness`

Instead of presenting the .completedDisplayingFreshness view state, when the library is waiting for the result to be made available, we would like to present our own waiting screen.

This would allow us to reduce the number of transitions, smoothing the process as well as avoid displaying a frozen close up, very distorted picture.
