Git action failing at "Build, tag, and push image to Amazon ECR" step

It was working fine until yesterday but when we are trying to build and push the application today we started seeing this error.

They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I believe there are some recent security updates from Debian https://lists.debian.org/debian-security-announce/ which have caused this.

You can also see that the "dist" folder has been updated on 23rd April 2023 here http://security.debian.org/debian-security/
It seems they have deleted the "stretch" folder.
