After joining Wikia, managed the New York office. Programmed and implemented product ideas, and was a key member of a team that built an open source search engine. Negotiated several business development deals with leading media companies. Handled a range of legal issues: drafted responses to DMCA takedown notices; drafted copyright and privacy policies; reviewed contracts, licensing agreements, and employment contracts.
