Multisite Enhancements

Need to modify the functionality within multisite installations, to show a few options that will make life easier for network admins.

1. Option to globally activate using these settings? Or choose settings/options (like showing/hiding individual videos) on a site-by-site basis?
2. Option to hide the settings panel from individual site admins, only showing them to Super Admins.

Anyone interested in tackling this enhancement? Let me know! Will pay for your time.

I would also add that, in the current version of the plugin, it appears that the Admin list (Settings -> Settings Management -> Settings Access) on an individual site only includes those that are explicitly administrators of that sub-site; it's not including Super Admins. Since Super Admins have full administrative control over sub-sites in a multisite install, even without being explicitly added as admins of the individual site, they should probably be listed in that dropdown (at least by default).

I can take a stab at this in a bit. Got another enhancement for this plugin I want to investigate first, though.
