Alter receiver and subject DB table column type #186

Description

Currently, the receiver and subject column has varchar(200) type, producing errors when trying to save logs that are hitting those limits. See here.

Possible solution

Alter the DB columns to text to fix this issue. It doesn't look like there will be any issues migrating from varchar(200) to text.
