Branched from #58, it should be possible to manage multisite transients at the network level, via a page in the Network Administration area of a site/subsite.

A few considerations here:

  • Top level menu page will need to be added
  • Database queries will need to be adjusted
  • Admin notices will need to be adjusted
    • CRUD actions will need to be adjusted
  • The page ID will need to be dynamic based on the admin area
