Provide a way to hide the BubbleMenu for custom extensions

Hi. I've created a custom extension that should not allow for BubbleMenu tools to be used. Digging into the code I found this:

Since I'm working with a fork and a custom branch, I've just hardcoded the extension type in there. But I was wondering wich will be the best approach to have this as an option.

There's really not a good way at the moment. I am working on cleaning all of this up with v4. So, stay tuned.

Ok... Same issue with the FloatingMenu tools. Hard coding on my branch for now...
