Add custom attributes to Media Modal?

Hey, could someone please tell me how to extend the Media Modal? I've created a custom MediaAction and the field is showing up fine but the field isn't actually saving:

I added align to form->fill:

Then added align to the form schema

Then updated the action to include align but nothing works.

This is going to require some tweaking to the core js file. Please open an issue and I'll see what I can do.
