Invalid value for 'attribute name' for some attribute values

Hi,

i have custom attributes on products that i'm trying to import.

Some of the attribute values have been created, but some others are breaking my import with message: Invalid value for 'attribute name'. Possible options are: already inserted options.

In configuration i have already enabled the attribute option creation for these attributes.

What are the possible causes?
