Label "maintainer wanted" for avocado.utils.* modules

The eventual migration to the autils repository requires the version on avocado.utils.* to be marked as maintainer-wanted as per the BP005.

A way to define and present, say in a web page or documentation, the modules that need to be adopted by a maintainer.
