Feature request for a global view across all the ADRs for all Software Systems.

Currently ADRs are shown within their own Software System. If you have many Software Systems and want to see if another system has an ADR for something similar, you have to check each system page by page (or search the source code).
If you are searching for an ADR, a view with all ADRs for all Software Systems can help with this.

This could look similar to the current ADR table view, with the addition of a new column for the Software System. Or a table per Software System, all on the same page.
