[Android] compileSdkVersion is not specified. Please add it to build.gradle #247

cant run my Android App after adding this library (react-native-restart) with yarn ,

i get :

What went wrong:
A problem occurred evaluating project ':react-native-restart'.

No signature of method: build_8sajo88p7ea60ioieb0x925dk.android() is applicable for argument types: (build_8sajo88p7ea60ioieb0x925dk$_run_closure1) values: [build_8sajo88p7ea60ioieb0x925dk$_run_closure1@6ea5726e]

What went wrong:
A problem occurred configuring project ':react-native-restart'.

compileSdkVersion is not specified. Please add it to build.gradle

Using 0.71 > react-native >= 0.62? install [email protected]
fix the issue :)
