Translating HomeOS Delivery Card

I would like to use the HomeOS Delivery Card, but I can't get it translated.
I replaced the french translation to german, but even after clearing the cache it's still in french language. How can I get it working?

I had a problem with my cache. Works perfect now, sorry

@tobyv275 How did you fix the cache issue? I am having the same problem....
