README does not reflect how to properly set http-host for a new ACP77 L1

Describe the bug
README refers to the node-config section of the main config file, but it is only related to local
network params, not to L1 bootstrap validators. Those take the input from blockchain node config,
as set in avalanche blockchain configure.
