The right frames have now been discovered and tested on a moving car. @eldarial, please add them here and create an interface to the car using OpenAI tools.

What we need for now is to support up and down and connect it to ACC+ and ACC-. We can test with w and s on a keyboard or an xbox controller if we want to get fancy.
