GrammaticalMarkersPerLanguage -- CaseMarkerExpressedCategoriesCount #50

CaseMarkerExpressedCategoriesCount from GrammaticalMarkersPerLanguage lists 74 languages labelled as expressing 0 categories. This seems odd, as this implies that these languages have a case marker that does not even express the category case.

This also has implications for the variable CaseMarkerExpressesMultipleCategories, as the langauges with a count of "0" are listed as "FALSE" for CaseMarkerExpressesMultipleCategories

A parallel issue is happening with NounPluralMarkerExpressedCategoriesCount from GrammaticalMarkersPerLanguage which has 73 languages labelled as expressing 0 categories.
